Our Process

How the Job Gets Done

01

Demolition & Excavation

We remove and haul away old concrete, then excavate and grade to a compacted, well-drained base.

02

Formwork & Reinforcement

We build forms to line and grade and place rebar or wire mesh for the strength the application demands.

03

Placement & Finishing

We place and pump concrete where trucks cannot reach, then finish to the specified texture and flatness.

04

Cutting, Sealing & Repair

We saw control and expansion joints, seal the surface, and grind, polish, or resurface as needed.

FAQ

Common Questions

Can I hire you for just one part of the job?
Yes. We take on standalone work such as demolition, saw cutting, pumping, or sealing, as well as complete start-to-finish projects.
Why are control and expansion joints important?
Concrete moves as it cures and with temperature changes. Properly placed joints control where it cracks so the surface stays clean and intact.
Do you offer grinding, polishing, and resurfacing?
We do. We can grind and polish for a finished look or resurface worn and spalled concrete to renew it without a full replacement.
